Therefore, it is recommended that diagonal pliers should not cut single-strand copper wires and 2.5mm² iron wire. In terms of size selection, 5”, 6”, and 7” are the main choices. When ordinary electrician wiring chooses 6” and 7”, the cutting ability is relatively strong, and the cutting is not laborious. The installation and maintenance of circuit boards are mainly 5” and 6”. It is convenient and flexible, and it is not easy to be fatigued after long-term use. The 4" is a mini pliers, which is only suitable for small tasks.
Use pliers to do what you can, and cannot be used to cut steel wire, wire rope, and thick copper wires and iron wires. Otherwise, the pliers may be easily broken and damaged.
