Fault 1: Reverse movement of hydraulic cylinder
Cause: The male and female ends of the tubing, hydraulic pump or wrench are connected reversely; troubleshooting: reverse the male and female joints of the wrench.
Fault 2: The ratchet cannot successfully push
Causes: bad spring of the drive pawl, rupture of the drive pawl, and push after the drive cylinder is not completed; troubleshooting method: check the bend to the original position or replace, remove the wrench, idling once, and do it again.
Fault 3: The ratchet goes back when pushing back
Cause: The spring of the reaction force catch is defective, and the reaction force catch is damaged; troubleshooting method: check the bending to the original position or replace it.
Fault 4: Solenoid valve cannot be operated
Cause: voltage drop, bad remote control switch, disconnection of the line; troubleshooting method: find the nearest main power supply, thicker extension cord, the extension cord should not be wound to check and replace.
Fault five: the hydraulic pump cannot raise the pressure
Cause: The power supply is too low, the pressure drops into the solenoid valve, cannot switch normally, the oil seal is not good, the release valve is not good, the oil gauge is bad; troubleshooting: find the nearest main power supply, and a thicker extension cord, at least such as the power supply of hydraulic pump, Check and clean or replace.
