1. According to bolt specifications

Generally, there are several specifications, such as M36, M42, M48. If you don't say how big the nut is, it is the opposite side of the metric bolt and nut accessory sleeve. The opposite side of the hex nut of M36 is 55, M42 is 65, and M48 is 75. If the bolt specification span is too large, and the torque span is large, two types of wrenches must be used to pre-tighten these bolts.

2. According to bolt torque

Reminder: Bolt specifications and bolt strength grades are the most critical parameters for hydraulic torque wrench selection. Different bolts have different torques. The same bolt strength grades have different torques. The same bolt strength grades have different torques under different working conditions. The bolt torque on rolling mill equipment and chemical equipment is not the same, the general design drawings will give the torque size.

Three, other matters needing attention

1) One type of hydraulic wrench can only solve several similar bolts, usually with 1-10 sockets;

2) For qualified manufacturers, it is best to use one electric pump with two wrench heads. Use diagonally to improve efficiency and torque more accurately;

3) The hydraulic wrench must be used by a dedicated person, kept by a dedicated person, and frequently maintained, such as oil change, cleaning, etc.;

4) The bolt torque standard should follow the national standard, which is in line with China's national conditions.
