How To Testing is good or bad

Testing the quality of a diagonal pliers is mainly from the following aspects:

(1) Hold the pliers handle tightly, facing the bright place, the cutting edge must not transmit light, otherwise it is unqualified, and the gap must not be greater than 0.3mm

(2) The opening angle of the pliers shall not be less than 22°

(3) The cheeks must not be jammed, and can cut 1.6mm hard steel wire

(4) There should be no obvious looseness of the tail rubber sleeve

(5) The surface plating layer must not have obvious scratches

Matters needing attention

(1) It is strictly forbidden to use ordinary pliers for live working, please use telecommunication pliers for live working;

(2) When cutting tight metal wires, protective measures should be taken to prevent bullet injuries from the cut metal wires;

(3) Wire cutters cannot be used as percussion tools
